Hiring urgent help in Brazil still comes down to luck: you call three numbers someone recommended, accept the first price you're given and hope the person turns up. We're building the opposite of that.

The problem

A flat tyre at eleven at night. A dead shower heater the day before a long weekend. A jammed lock with a child inside the house. These are moments when nobody has time to research, compare or haggle — and they are exactly the moments when pricing turns opaque and quality becomes a gamble.

On the other side, the self-employed professional faces the mirror image: paying to receive contacts from people who may never reply, competing on price blind, and unable to build a reputation worth anything beyond the neighbourhood's word of mouth.

What we do

You describe what you need and say what you intend to pay. Verified professionals nearby reply with a price, a timeframe and a rating. You choose, follow them on the map, and pay when the job is done.

Every completed job is recorded in the history of the thing that was fixed — the car, the flat, the appliance. Over time that stops being a pile of loose receipts and becomes the maintenance memory of what you own.

What we believe

• Pricing in the open. You set the budget and see the local average. No fixed price list, no awkward haggling.
• Verify first, not after. ID, proof of address and a selfie checked by actual people before the first job.
• Professionals shouldn't pay to try. Charging for a lead that never closes pushes the risk onto the person least able to absorb it.
• Reputation runs both ways. Customers rate professionals and professionals rate customers.

Where we are

In early access, opening city by city. We only switch a city on once there are enough professionals for the first request to actually be answered — a marketplace with nobody on the other side isn't a marketplace, it's a form.
