1. What we collect
When you join the waitlist
- Full name and email — required to join.
- Phone — optional.
- City and service you're interested in — so we know where and with what to start.
- Whether you're a customer or a pro — your choice in the form.
When you browse the site
- Usage and navigation data collected by measurement tools (pages viewed, traffic source, device type, scroll and click behaviour). See section 6.
- IP address and technical browser data, logged by the server.
When you use the apps
- Sign-up and verification data, including ID document, proof of address and a selfie in the case of professionals.
- Location, when you allow it, to find nearby professionals and track the job.
- History of requests, quotes, ratings and payments.
2. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- Telling you when we launch in your city and sending waitlist updates — based on your consent (LGPD art. 7, I), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Running the service: connecting customers and professionals, handling requests, quotes, payments and ratings — performance of a contract (art. 7, V).
- Verifying professionals and preventing fraud — legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), always limited to what is necessary.
- Measuring and improving the product and the site — legitimate interest, using aggregated data wherever possible.
- Meeting legal, tax and regulatory obligations — art. 7, II.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary, and only with:
- The professional or customer on the other side of the request — the data needed for the job to happen (name, service location, contact).
- Processors working for us: cloud hosting, email delivery, usage analytics and payment processing, always under contract and under our instructions.
- Authorities, where there is a legal obligation or a court order.
Some of these processors may handle data outside Brazil. In those cases we require safeguards compatible with chapter V of the LGPD.
4. How long we keep it
- Waitlist data: until you ask us to remove it, or for up to 24 months without interaction.
- Account and job data: for as long as the account exists, and afterwards for the applicable legal retention periods (tax, civil and fraud prevention).
- Access logs: for the period set by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet).
5. Your rights
The LGPD gives you the right, at any time and free of charge, to: confirm that we process your data; access it; correct it; request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully; request portability; find out who we share it with; know what happens if you refuse consent; and withdraw consent.
To exercise any of these, write to adm@chamafacil.app. We reply within 15 days. Every email we send also carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
6. Cookies and measurement
We use third-party services to understand how the site is used:
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregated audience and conversion metrics.
- Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session recording, to see where people get stuck. Form fields are masked by default by the tool.
You can block them through your browser settings or a blocking extension; the site keeps working normally.
7. Security
All traffic runs over HTTPS, database access is restricted to those who need it, and professionals' credentials go through manual verification. No system is immune to incidents: if one occurs that poses a relevant risk to you, we will notify you and the ANPD as required by art. 48 of the LGPD.
8. Children and teenagers
Chama Fácil is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children or teenagers.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we update the date at the top and notify people on the waitlist or with an active account by email. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
Language. This is a translation provided for convenience. Chama Fácil operates in Brazil and the Portuguese version is the one that governs in case of any discrepancy.
